Goals of this program:

Provide comfort, dignity, and emotional support to individuals nearing the end of life through personalized and culturally sensitive music therapy interventions.

Ease physical and emotional pain by using music to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and support the body’s natural coping mechanisms in palliative settings.

Create meaningful moments of connection between clients and their loved ones through music that evokes shared memories and life experiences.

Honor cultural and spiritual traditions by incorporating music that aligns with the client’s beliefs, heritage, and values, supporting a more holistic and sacred end-of-life experience.

Facilitate legacy and life review work by using music as a tool for storytelling, memory sharing, and self-reflection in the final stages of life.

Support caregivers and families emotionally by creating a peaceful and grounded atmosphere, offering moments of stillness, and validating the grief journey.
