For: Individuals with life-limiting illnesses or those in end-of-life care / Family & Caregivers.

Group Size: 12–15 Residents

*Customized according to the client's needs

Goals of this program:

  • Provide comfort, dignity, and emotional support to individuals nearing the end of life through personalized and culturally sensitive music therapy interventions.

  • Ease physical and emotional pain by using music to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and support the body’s natural coping mechanisms in palliative settings.

  • Create meaningful moments of connection between clients and their loved ones through music that evokes shared memories and life experiences.

  • Honor cultural and spiritual traditions by incorporating music that aligns with the client’s beliefs, heritage, and values, supporting a more holistic and sacred end-of-life experience.

  • Facilitate legacy and life review work by using music as a tool for storytelling, memory sharing, and self-reflection in the final stages of life.

  • Support caregivers and families emotionally by creating a peaceful and grounded atmosphere, offering moments of stillness, and validating the grief journey.

  • Humanize clinical environments by transforming sterile spaces with intentional, live or recorded music that fosters peace, presence, and a sense of sacredness.
