Goals of this program:

  • Promote social interaction and relationship-building by creating structured group and one-on-one settings where clients can practice turn-taking, listening, and cooperative play.

  • Enhance cognitive skills such as attention, memory, sequencing, and problem-solving through rhythm, repetition, and musical games.

  • Reduce anxiety and support emotional regulation by using calming music, predictable structures, and grounding activities tailored to individual sensory needs.

  • Improve physical coordination and motor skills through movement-based musical interventions like drumming, dancing, and hand-play with instruments.

  • Foster creativity, confidence, and self-expression by providing a safe, judgment-free space where individuals can explore their identity through music.

  • Offer consistent, individualized support that respects each client’s developmental stage,  learning style, cultural background, and therapeutic goals.
