Art Therapy Program

For: Individuals or groups seeking emotional expression, personal growth, and mental wellness through creative exploration.

Group Size: 12– 15 Participants / Individual

*Customized according to the client's needs

Goals of this program: 

 

  • Facilitate emotional expression through creative media such as drawing, painting, and sculpting.

  • Enhance self-awareness by exploring thoughts, memories, and feelings in a visual and symbolic way.

  • Support emotional regulation and resilience by providing a non-verbal outlet for processing difficult experiences.

  • Promote mental well-being through the integration of psychotherapeutic techniques and creative expression.

  • Reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression by engaging in mindful, reflective art-making.

  • Encourage personal insight and growth by helping clients uncover patterns, narratives, or unresolved emotions.

  • Foster a sense of empowerment and self-esteem, particularly for individuals who may struggle with verbal communication.

  • Provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore identity, relationships, and life challenges.

  • Build interpersonal connection and community in group settings through shared creative experiences.

  • De-emphasize artistic skill and instead focus on the process of creation and the therapeutic meaning behind it.
