Working in corporate settings is stressful for obvious reasons; we as individuals are far less in control of our environment in this kind of workspace than at home. Many employees complain of isolation depression stress and poor health due to overwork, workplace toxicity and exhaustion. However it's shown that through mindfulness techniques and the use of Music Therapy one can gain control of their surroundings through gaining control of their own physiology. Something as simple as adjusting the lights and playing soft neutral music can reduce the workplace White Noise that can be so detrimental to our mental health.
